Bug Fixes

  • Sped up performance in cases where there were linked quads on many plots displaying biexponential or log axes.

Bug Fixes

  • In 3.00.0808, if pages had plots that were above or below the main outline of the page, so that scrollbars were displayed, then when you switched to another page, occasionally that page would be drawn with blank areas on it.
  • Fixed a hangup while importing Accuri CFlow experiments where plots on the Analyze tab were refering to gates defined on the Collect tab, and vice versa.
  • Certain Diva data files with unusual biexponential values caused FCS Express to crash when displaying the plot.
  • In previous 3.00.08xx releases, if you double-clicked on a layout on the desktop to open it, and FCS Express was already open with another layout but minimized, and then clicked buttons on the toolbars, the toolbars sometimes performed the actions on the layout that was opened first, not the layout that was visible.
  • Fixed a crash that was caused by having an invalid slide number in the PDF printer options, when the PDF was being printed inside a batch processing report.
  • In previous versions, if you tried to change the Default Quadrant statistic in Edit Preferences, so that the default stat was Y Geometric Mean, it saved the preference as X Geomtric Mean instead.
  • Fixed a problem where Time tokens were sometimes being evaluated and displayed as just a date, rather than date and time.

  • Fixed a problem that caused quad lines to in linked plots to not always be drawn to the bottom of the plot.
  • Previously, for plots with biexponential axes, the minimum of the axis was being set at the minimum of the data - it's now leaving extra space between the data and the axis.

Enhancements

  • Changed the default display for log parameters in the FCS 3 data set of Beckman Coulter data files to be biexponential.
  • The file list is now being set up completely when importing a CFlow or Diva experiment.

Bug Fixes

  • In 3.00.0804, if an experiments had been imported and the layout saved in a prior version, the layout could not be reloaded because of the data files were likely to have been the invalid Diva experiment-exported data files. This was fixed so the layouts can be reloaded.
  • Fixed the Diva experiment import to handle experiments with trays properly.
  • Fixed quadrant locations on Diva experiment imports, and linked gates to quads.
  • Resolved a crash that could occur when editing the biexponential settings of parameters, if the Y axis was set to standard and was linear, and the X axis was biexponential.

  • In previous releases, for high resolution FCS 3.0 data files, fractional values between 0 and 1 were not being included in quadrant statistics calculations.

Bug Fixes

  • In release 412, if you had upgraded from a previous release and then published a layout, the resulting published layout did not give people permissions to perform any actions, such as moving gates.  This has been fixed. 
  • Fixed a problem that parameter math did not always set up the new parameter's scale information correctly. 
  • In release 412, if there were parentheses in the file name, that file name did not appear in the file open dialog.
