New Batch Processing Features Batch Processing has been completely upgraded in FCS Express Version 3. In addition to exporting to Excel and text files, FCS Express Version 3 can now export to Microsoft Word and PDF files with form fields. We have also completely reorganized how batch processing works. You can now have multiple actions of the same type. For instance, now you can print to two different printers during the same batch process. Or save the file in two different locations. The new batch processing system makes extensive use of our token system to allow you ultimate flexibility in exporting data.

The figure below shows the new Batch Actions Screen.

You can see that there are multiple print actions set up at the same time. There are also several reports active at the same time. Each report can have different sets of statistics that are exported. You can simply drag and drop statistics from one report to another or add new items to reports by selecting an item under the Add Item To Report list.

We have also significantly enhanced the different actions. For instance, you can now output the results of multiple iterations to the same Powerpoint Presentation. Each iteration will appear as a new set of slides. This is one of the most requested features from Version 2!
