No. At this time there are no image analysis or segmentation tools built into FCS Express 4 Image Cytometry.
Image segmentation needs to be completed prior to importing your multi-parametric data, segmentation maps and images into FCS Express 4 Image Cytometry.
Compatible image segmentation options include tools using BioFormats such as CellProfiler which enable the use of over a hundred different image formats with FCS Express 4 Image Cytometry.
We are also actively collaborating with Molecular Devices for image and data format compatibility with MetaMorph and MetaXpress.
