Lite Edition
This is a scaled down version of the Professional Edition - Research. You can still save your layouts, perform gating and obtain basic statistics. However, much of the advanced functionality (i.e. creating powerpoint presentations, batch processing, tokens) is not available.

FCS Express 4 Flow Cytometry Network Edition - Research
The Network Edition has the same functionality as the Professional Edition. The only difference is that the network version resides on a server and multiple users can connect to it at the same time. Please visit our Licensing Options page for more information about the differences between the Network and Standalone licensing.

Publishing Hosting Plans
De Novo Software automatically provides every customer with 10 MB on our server to store their published layouts. If you wish to store more than 10 MB at a time, you can select one of our Publishing Hosting plans.
De Novo Data Services
De Novo Data Services (DDS) is an easy-to-use online database that allows you to store, search and download your experimental results. De Novo Software automatically provides a free "Stats Only" plan for customers to store statistics and keywords. You can increase your data space and add attachments, images, and FCS files by purchasing one of our DDS plans. Learn more by clicking here.
Copy Protection Mechanism
We offer two different copy protection mechanisms to suit your needs. The countercode system locks the software to a particular computer and anyone can use FCS Express on that particular computer. The dongle system allows you to install FCS Express on many different computers, but FCS Express will not run unless the dongle is plugged in. FCS Express offers a variety add-ons that have specialized functionality that is not needed by all of our customers. By choosing your add-ons, you only have to pay for the features that you need. Not all add-ons below are valid in conjunction with every product above. Please see the product's order form for more details.
Multicycle
The multicycle plug in allows you to perform DNA analysis right from within FCS Express. A basic version comes with every copy of FCS Express and you can optionally purchase the advanced add-on for more sophisticated analysis. More details can be found by clicking here.
Security
Our sophisticated security system allows you to control who can access what functionality within FCS Express. The security features conforms to all 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Logging
Our logging systems allows you to track every change you made to your analysis. The logging system conforms to all 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Diva Importer
The Diva Importer add-on allows you to import your entire experiment from the BD FACSDiva software. Even without the Diva Importer add-on, you can still load Diva data, however the add-on will also import plots, gates, markers, quadrants etc. More details are available here.
Accuri CFlow Importer
The Accuri CFlow Importer add-on allows you to import your experiment from the C6 files that are saved in the CFlow software including the plots and gating strategy that you were looking at in CFlow. Even without the CFlow Importer add-on, you can still load CFlow data files. More details are available here.
Advanced Publishing
The Advanced Publishing add-on allows you to publish layouts to your own hard drive as well as set detailed permissions as to what other people can do with your published layout. More details are available here.
