ProductsLite Edition This is a scaled down version of the Professional Edition - Research. You can still save your layouts, perform gating and obtain basic statistics. However, much of the advanced functionality (i.e. creating powerpoint presentations, batch processing, tokens) is not available. For a more detailed look at the different between the Professional and the Lite version, please see our feature matrix. Professional Edition - Research This is our most popular product and includes all the advanced functionality to rapidly analyze and present your data. To see a list of the features in this version, please visit our Features Page. Professional Edition - Clinical This is the clinical version of FCS Express. The clinical version is for in-vitro diagnostic use and conforms to all FDA requirements. More information is available by clicking here. Network Edition - Research The Network Edition has the same functionality as the Profesional Editition. The only difference is that the network version resides on a server and multiple users can connect to it at the same time. Publishing Hosting Plans De Novo Software automatically provides every customer with 10 MB on our server to store their published layouts. If you wish to store more than 10 MB at a time, you can select one of our Publishing Hosting plans. Copy Protection MechanismWe offer two different copy protection mechanisms to suit your needs. The countercode system locks the software to a particular computer and anyone can use FCS Express on that particular computer. The dongle system allows you to install FCS Express on many different computers, but FCS Express will not run unless the dongle is plugged in. For more details, please see our Copy Protection Policy.Add-OnsFCS Express offers a variety add-ons that have specialized functionality that is not needed by all of our customers. By choosing your add-ons, you only have to pay for the features that you need. Not all add-ons below are valid in conjunction with every product above. Please see the product's order form for for more details.Multicycle The multicycle plug in allows you to perform sophisticated DNA analysis right from within FCS Express. More details can be found by clicking here. Security Our sophisticated security system allows you to control who can access what functionality within FCS Express. The security features conforms to all 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Logging Our logging systems allows you to track every change you made to your analysis. The logging system conforms to all 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Diva The Diva add-on allows you to import your entire experiment from the Diva software. Even without the Diva add-on, you can still load Diva data, however the add-on will also import plots, gates, markers, quadrants etc. More details are available here. Proliferation Analysis The Proliferation Analysis add-on allows you to analyze sophisticated proliferation assays like CFSE in FCS Express. More details are available here.
