Accuri Cytometers, Inc. is a life sciences company developing and marketing revolutionary high performance cell analysis systems designed to bring the power of flow cytometry into life science and biomedical labs everywhere. Reflecting the input of hundreds of researchers, the Accuri C6 Flow Cytometer® is a full-featured bench-top cell and bead analysis system that provides similar capabilities to those of industry-leading flow cytometers in an easy-to-use format and at a fraction of their cost. Collaboration
Accuri and De Novo Software collaborate to maintain a high level of compatibility between the Accuri CFlow® software and FCS Express. FCS Express extends the data analysis and presentation capabilities of CFlow by including customized statistics such as percentiles, robust CV's, and a number of statistical formulas and equations, custom reporting, batch processing, kinetic, proliferation and cell cycle models, heat maps for plate data, bar and scatter plots and more. FCS Express also supports the custom CFlow Importer, that will convert the entire CFlow experimental protocol (including plots, gates, markers, quads etc) directly into an FCS Express layouts.
