We understand that sometimes you will have questions and comments while using FCS Express. Therefore, we have provided you with a quick and easy way to contact us, as well as the community of FCS Express users: the Online Forum. The Online Forum allows customers and demo evaluators to post messages related to problems they are having, or enter questions they have on how to use features of FCS Express. To get to the Online Forum, click in on the FCS Express Help menu and select Online Forum.

The Online Forum also displays information from De Novo Software related to new updates which are available. It's good practice to check the forum every once in a while even if you don't have any problems. You might find out that a user is doing the same analysis that you are, but in a more efficient way.
