FCS Express allows you to link quadrants from one plot to another. This means, that when the quadrants on one plot are moved, the quadrants on the other plot will be automatically updated. This is useful in circumstances when you want to set up a negative quadrant on your controls, and have the quadrants on your sample data automatically updated.

In the example given below, the red data plot is linked to the blue data plot so when the quadrant of the blue data plot is adjusted to it's appropriate position....

....the red data plot automatically duplicates the quadrant positioning of the blue data plot and updates it's statistics.
