Collaboration
Axiope and De Novo Software have partnered to make flow cytometry data
analyzed with FCS Express available in the Catalyzer data management
system. Both the FCS files and the FCS Express analysis layouts can now
be imported into Catalyzer and linked with other experimental data
files, images, or documents. With FCS Express and Catalyzer,
laboratories can analyze small or large collections of data and publish
their results to collaborative databases on the web.
